   INVITATION TO BID :

                                                   FAN COIL UNIT REPLACEMENT  

PROJECT INFORMATION. Gosper County Nebraska Board of Commissioners is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for the Gosper County Courthouse HVAC fan coil unit replacement – 507 Smith Ave, Elwood NE. 

The scope of the work consists of draining the system and removing old coil units. Installing new ball valves for isolation, installing new units, and connecting new piping. Refilling the system, check for leaks and proper operation. Install new pipe insulation. 

All coil units will be replaced with Trane Fan Coils of like models. All materials must be in stock before work is commenced. Work is scheduled for fall of 2026 and completed in a 2–3-week period that is agreed upon by both parties. 

NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE.   All bidders are requested to contact the Building Superintendent to schedule a visit/tour of the building for information and to view existing conditions. Contact: Justin Collins (308) 325-9125   Email:  buildingsupt@gospercountyne.gov 

BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING.  All bids must be sealed and received by mail or hand delivered. NO EMAILED OR FAXED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bids are due by 11:00am CST on September 8, 2026   All bids will be opened September 9, 2026 at the Commissions board meeting. All bids received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and returned to bidder.  

AWARDING OF BID.  The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive, and accurate bidder.
