The Gosper County Register of Deeds Office will transition to digital record storage effective January 1, 2026.

What does this mean?
We will no longer produce photocopies of recorded documents for physical record books, and book/page numbers will no longer be assigned. Instead, all documents will be assigned an instrument number only. All records will be stored digitally, microfilmed, and made accessible through Nebraska Deeds Online at: https://nebraskadeedsonline.us.
